The problem is eating right! I exercise but I can't eat right

I do love to exercise. I like to run on the treadmill and I will do abs and stuff.
But my problem is EATING right. I am a VERY picky eater. All these flat belly diets, eat nuts, olive oil, etc I hate all of that.

I keep reading that eating fish is good for you. Well I really really hate fish. The ONLY seafood I will eat is shrimp.

I hate steak. I will only eat chicken. AND I have most veggies. I only like lettuce, okra, spinach, and peas. Carrots (some days others their nasty), I love pickles (cucumbers are nasty as hell).

When I get a salad I will make a spinach based salad with a little lettuce and chicken and THAT'S it. I see people putting the whole world of nasty (shredded chesse...WTF? eggs, teeth extracting, hard *** croutons and so forth)
I HATE tomatos, corn, broccoli, you name it.

So HOW am I suppose to get in shape. I've looked into different eating stuff and it's all these stuff I've never been able to eat.

AND I am a near horrible cook. I REALLY can't cook. So everything is a recipe.

I don't know what to do...

Answer on The problem is eating right! I exercise but I can't eat right

Shrimp and chicken are fine. Okra, peas and pickles aren't veggies (carbs). You can be a picky eater and still lose weight. I do know that when you run and don't get a balanced meal, you will begin to go over in certain food categories. Runners always go over on their starch because it's an energy source. I would advise you to switch to the bike. It targets lower stomach pooch, thighs and legs. If you can eat rice, potato and bread you're fine with the protein and veggies you eat. Where's your fruit? How much water do you drink? What do you eat for breakfast? My clients use a cookbook and a restaurant menu guide to make wise choices.
